I shifted perspective. I wanted to get as strong as possible, while protecting my joints and focusing on recovery. And I wanted to build the most epic ass ever!
I developed a workout system for myself that used the best techniques from bodybuilding, pilates, yoga, strength training, and endurance-building. This was a hybrid system that didn’t focus on a single goal.
I wanted to achieve multiple goals at once even though I’d been told by my industry that it wasn’t possible.
“You can’t get lean, build muscle, get stronger, improve your endurance, get more mobile and flexible, and grow a nice butt all at once.”- said everyone always.
You have to sacrifice something to achieve that other thing.
I set out to prove this theory wrong.
And I did.
There is no secret ingredient in this program that helps you achieve results. It’s the entire system. Pull out any single elements on its own and it doesn’t work.
That’s the brilliance behind it.
It’s not an exercise or the number of reps or how many hours you put into the gym.
It’s the right amount of each little nugget in this program that makes it so effective.
