Hi, I’m Kellie Hart Davis and, as a dedicated athletic woman and developer of multiple fitness workout systems, your struggle is something I totally get.

Yes, the name is a little tongue-in-cheek. But I’ve got a good story to go along with it. 

Being athletic my entire life, I’ve always been hard on my body. I push through exhaustion. Train a little longer than I should. 

And keep playing even when I’m injured. 

This past winter I finally had an MRI for nagging knee pain and learned through a series of sports injuries I completely ruptured my ACL and tore my medial meniscus.
 
It didn’t happen the day before my doctor’s appointment. The initial injury occurred three years prior. 

And I made it worse by playing multiple sports—I even did competitive powerlifting for a year. 

My doctor told me either I needed reconstructive surgery that would take at least eight months to rehab, or I had to stop playing sports and lifting heavy weights. I was devastated, but I’ve never been the type of athlete to sit on the bench. This injury was not going to bench me. 
I shifted perspective. I wanted to get as strong as possible, while protecting my joints and focusing on recovery. And I wanted to build the most epic ass ever!

I developed a workout system for myself that used the best techniques from bodybuilding, pilates, yoga, strength training, and endurance-building. This was a hybrid system that didn’t focus on a single goal.

I wanted to achieve multiple goals at once even though I’d been told by my industry that it wasn’t possible.

  “You can’t get lean, build muscle, get stronger, improve your endurance, get more mobile and flexible, and grow a nice butt all at once.”- said everyone always. 

You have to sacrifice something to achieve that other thing. 

I set out to prove this theory wrong. 

And I did.   

There is no secret ingredient in this program that helps you achieve results. It’s the entire system. Pull out any single elements on its own and it doesn’t work.

Now it’s time to dish out the whole enchilada on what’s up for the next two months.
The PROGRAM Deets:
  • The workouts are divided into 4 phases, each lasting a total of 2 weeks. Each week you will be provided 6 total workouts. Each workout will be either upper or lower, but they will all include glute training. The upper/lower splits change as the program progresses, but you will always hit your glutes 6 days a week. The workouts have a strong emphasis on muscle-building, so you will do moderate to high reps using lots of variations and accessories to target all the goodness.
  • Each workout offers full video tutorials. When you purchase EA, you will be given access to our exclusive Fit Thrive App (available on Android or iPhone) that provides a workout scheduler and tracker with workout demos. In addition, your handy EA guide delivers an enhanced experience with full workout printables and detailed video tutorials with exercise alternatives.
